What is eX Summit Indy?
eX Summit’s goal is to create a space to debate the importance and impact of the employee experience (eX). Companies spend time and resources researching and developing their customer experience, lacking to focus on their real competitive advantage: their employees. Organizations should also focus on their employee experience to drive innovation, and customer experience. eX Summit hosts events across multiple cities to exchange, debate and share best practices on the employee experience.
Who is Stephan Vincent?
Stephan Vincent is the founder of eX Summit and the Director of Marketing at Fusion Alliance, a company that delivers actionable insights, customer experiences, and human-driven technologies that transform the way their clients envision and shape their businesses.
Stephan’s personal mission is to disrupt the status-quo and help organizations find their unique way to differentiate themselves from the pack.
By nature, he is an explorer, excited by things he hasn’t seen before, people he has not met before. Whereas others may be intimidated by the unfamiliar or unknown, Stephan is intrigued by it. It fires up curiosity and stimulates his senses. Change is an opportunity, not a threat or a fatality.
Harrison Painter is the Founder/CEO of Amplify Indy and serves as Marketing/Communication Committee Chairman to non-profit COFFE (Community Outreach for Financial Education). He is a U.S. Navy veteran and Google Certified marketing professional who has had two of his marketing companies acquired, one privately and one publicly.
