About Hearts in Hand Homeless Outreach

We are the hearts and the hands that the homeless need to survive at times. We are the hand that helps them to have clothes. We are the hearts help them have warmth. We are the heart and the hand that has become a friend that will treat them like the humans they are and communicate with them and sit there with them all day. We are hearts enabling them to have somebody to talk to about their problems when nobody else would. We are the hand that takes our friend to take a shower and shave before their job interview. We are the hand giving a ride to go to church. We are your everyday jack and Jill. We are charitable organizations, Yes. They call me tag and I am proud to be called friend and family to the homeless. I am the creator of this group.. And encourage everyone to place your hearts in hand and join me in reaching out to help our homeless family.

This group is created for the us to post resources you have to donate and to post a need that someone has told them about. Job offers that accept homeless people. People that are willing to hire a homeless person to do a odd job for them. For the homeless on Facebook to post their requests. There is to be no selling but there is to be plenty of love.
